Mr. Shadek is responsible for assisting in the pipeline and overall loan process for Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE). He supports the team from originations to underwriting, and ultimately, servicing and asset management.
Prior to joining CastleGreen Finance, Mr. Shadek was a Project Engineer intern at John Moriarty & Associates, where he supported the development and construction of high-rise building projects in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Shadek earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Economics from Bucknell University. While there, he was a four-year member of the football team.
