Dustin Frye is an transaction coordinator in the General USDA Lending Division’s credit arm and works across all of the USDA Flagship lending programs executed as X-Caliber Rural Capital. In his role, he is responsible for supporting many of the processes and key milestones within the lending process, including, but not limited to, term sheet development, third-party report management, pre-underwriting and due diligence review, credit memo review and property review.
Prior to joining X-Caliber Rural Capital, Mr. Frye founded, operated, and sold a hospitality centered small business. Mr. Frye earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from University of North Carolina Wilmington.
