Gabriel Mashaal is an Associate at X-Caliber Advisors and is responsible for helping to manage the overall business pipeline. Mr. Mashaal is involved in various aspects of transaction and advisory activities, including deal evaluation, investment analysis, financial modeling, term sheet development, and market research. He is also responsible for helping support client communication, serving as a liaison between internal departments and teams to ensure milestones are achieved.
Prior to joining X-Caliber, Mr. Mashaal was an analyst at partner firms, Eyzenberg & Company, and ReedsBay Investment Group, where he was charged with screening commercial real estate transactions to evaluate capital stack needs, conducting market research, producing specific placement lists for debt and equity opportunities, and underwriting financial models.
He is a graduate of Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance – Concentration in Value Investment. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from New York University.
